Boston Guzheng Ensemble presented the Sound of Guzheng Concert
presented by Boston Guzheng Ensemble this April 8th at FA Day Middle
School Auditorim was well received by hundreds of audiences.  The 12
members of the ensemble presented over 10 guzheng songs including
traditional folk songs, pop songs, and guzheng arrangements of
western songs.

Boston Guzheng Ensemble was established in 2002.  The founder Shin
Yi Yang, a graduate of the National Taiwan Academy of Arts and the
Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts, has been playing guzheng for
over 20 years.  Currently, she is teaching guzheng and promoting
guzheng music and Chinese culture in Boston area.
