“Qing Mei Jing Yue” Chinese Music Performance will be Held on
Oct. 1st in Bay Area

There will be a “Qing Mei Jing Yue – Chinese Music Quartet” Concert
held on October 1st at Bayside Performing Arts Center in San Mateo.
“Qin Mei Jing Yue” is one of the most active Chinese music group in the
world.  The members include Yu Hongmei playing the Erhu, Liu Yuening
playing the Yangqin, Yang Jing playing the Pipa, and Fan Weiqing
playing the guzheng.   


The four great musicians will play quartet expressing the beauty of each
instrument.  The program includes famous traditional songs as well as
new compositions.


The host Nanhai Art Center will also provide a seminar on Chinese
Music on the day before the performance. The seminar will be held at
Nanhai Club at 10:00am on September 30th.  All music lovers are
welcome to attend.
