Estimated Shipping Time:
All products are shipped within 1-3 business days after order received.
For guzheng instruments and stands, we ship via FedEx or UPS. It normally takes 2-3 days
for delivery to West Coast, and 7 days to East Coast. For textbooks and CD materials, we
ship via USPS media class. The delivery time is estimated to be 2-8 days. Please contact
us for express shipping.
Please contact us in advance for all international orders.
Returns and Exchanges:
We offer excellent quality products with great price. We guarantee all our products are
shipped out in perfect condition. If for some reason, buyer is not satisfied with our
instrument, please contact us within 7 days for return or exchange. We'll process your
return after we received the products back. A 15% restocking fee will be charged for
refund. There is no refund on shipping charge.
Claims against Damages and Loss:
Our products are shipped with full insurance against damage and loss. If there is any
damages or loss occurred, we kindly ask you to report the damages or loss to the shipping
carrier, and we will be responsible for dealing with shipping carrierfor insurance claim on
instruments and all purchased materials. A replacement will be sent immediately after we
received the damaged products back. If a replacement is not available, we will issue you a
full refund.
Payment Detail:
We accept online order, phone order and walk-in customers. Online orders are processed
through Paypal system. We only accept orders with confirmed address by Paypal. If you
wish us to send the products to a different address, please include your confirmed address
as well.
