This beautiful instrument "Heanvely Beauty", is hand made by Master Zhang Bing, the senior maker from the Scarlet Bird (Zhuque) Factory.  It is made from paulownia wood that has been naturally air-dried for a minimum of ten years.  On top of that, it is framed with aged-Thailand Rosewood.  The sound is perfect in every range, with a clean, sweet, and solid tone across the strings.  It retains Scarlet Bird's famous warm and deep voice. 

The guzheng is beautifully hand-decorated with gold-thread and Cloisonné pattern in "the drunken beauty" design, making it a true work of art in its own right.
