The Songbo guzheng "Silky Gold" is an innovative instrument. It is made with collection grade paulownia soundboard and backboard with Madagascar Rosewood frame.
The body is carefully designed to give the best tone possible with only 53" in length.
Master Cai's guzheng has brilliant and sweet high notes, clean passing middle range and a full deep bass. The range is even and balanced. The string rings long, and most of the all, none of the string sounds too hallow or too solid. It's like a dream voice for us guzheng players.
Sound of China offers one year full warranty along with this model. It comes with one set of finger picks, and 1-7 spare strings. It is the whole package that leads you to enjoy playing. We provide set-up instruction that's easy to follow. Help on set-up and playing is also offered over the phone or internet free of charge.
