This beautiful instrument, "Landscape Scenery," is handmade by Master Zhang Bing, the senior maker from the Scarlet Bird (Zhuque) Factory. It is crafted from paulownia wood that has been naturally air-dried for a minimum of ten years. The frame is made with aged Thai Rosewood. The sound is perfect in every range, with a crystal clean tone and solid resonance across the strings, retaining Scarlet Bird's famous warm and deep voice.
The guzheng is beautifully painted with natural lacquer in the "Thousand Li of Scenery" pattern all over the body, making it a true work of art.
