This beautiful instrument "Landscape Scenery", is hand made by Master Zhang Bing, the senior maker from the Scarlet Bird (Zhuque) Factory.  It is made from paulownia wood that has been naturally air-dried for a minimum of ten years.  On top of that, it is framed with Indian Padauk.  The sound is perfect in every range, with a crystal clean tone, and solid tone across the strings.  It retains Scarlet Bird's famous warm and deep voice. 

The guzheng is beautifully painted with natural lacquer in the "Thousand Li of Scenery" pattern all over the body, making it a true work of art in its own right.

This model was hand-selected by our professional, Yukina, at the factory. All the bridges and strings have been fine-tuned and adjusted to ensure the best possible sound quality.
